We’re not just technicians, we’re educators. While we don’t exactly give computer classes (though the Group does), we’ll help you learn what went wrong with your computer, how we fixed it, and how to avoid future problems. Training
AI’s technicians are constantly learning on the job. Besides solving some of your more common computer issues, we encounter new problems every week (”He spilled WHAT on his computer?”). We look at every challenge as an opportunity to learn, and we share our experiences with each other. There’s no competition here- our technicians work together to ensure that your computer problems are solved quickly and efficiently. We price by the Job, not by the Hour. So we can take the time to do things right and not see how many jobs we can cram into a day.
